Most Affordable Cars With ADAS Below 15 Lakh: Tata Nexon, Honda Amaze, Mahindra XUV 3XO And More

ADAS is now more affordable in India with this safety feature bringing its own suite of driver assistance features while earlier this was a feature solely available in luxury cars. ADAS can be divided into Level 1 and Level 2 with Level 2 being the latest version with more features along with being more technologically advanced. The Honda Amaze is the most affordable car with ADAS since the Amaze with ADAS comes at a price of Rs 9.14 lakh in its top-end ZX form. It is also the only sedan in its class to get this feature. The Tata Nexon with Level 2 ADAS is a sub 4m SUV which comes with this feature and comes with the Fearless +PS petrol-automatic variant plus in Red Dark form too. The other subcompact SUV getting this feature is the Mahindra XUV 3XO in its AX5 L form and it is also available in the top-spec AX7 L Mahindra XUV 3XO variants with Level 2 ADAS. The other Honda with this feature include the City sedan and the Elevate SUV which come V, VX and ZX in case of the City along with ZX for the Elevate. The Sonet from Kia also has Level 2 ADAS which is from the GTX+ and X-Line but it is Level 1. The Level 1 ADAS is also available with the Hyundai Venue which comes in SX(O) trim. Going forward we can see ADAS features coming in more and more cars with this feature set to be more affordable in the years to come although the Amaze from Honda is the most affordable car now.

In some regions, it’s expected to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, which should handle multitasking and gaming smoothly.  The camera setup might get a small upgrade from the S25 Ultra, while the battery is likely to stay at 5,000mAh.  Other improvements could include better software features and new camera options, but nothing is officially confirmed yet. Overall, the Galaxy S26 Ultra seems like a steady upgrade over the S25 Ultra, with minor design tweaks and hardware improvements.  It looks set to keep the things people liked about the previous model while adding a few modern touches.

Kabul Working As 'Proxy' Of India Against Pakistan, Afghans Must Return Home: Khawaja Asif

Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has sharply intensified tensions by linking India to Pakistan’s ongoing conflict with Afghanistan. He also announced a break in Islamabad’s ties with Kabul and urged all Afghans living in Pakistan to return to their homeland. His statement came as a 48-hour ceasefire expired at 6 pm local time. Media reports, however, indicated that the truce was extended, with representatives from both sides set to meet in Doha, Qatar, to negotiate a resolution. “There will be no more protest notes or appeals for peace; no delegations will visit Kabul. Wherever terrorism originates, it will face severe consequences,” Asif wrote on X. He accused Kabul of being a “proxy of India” and conspiring against Pakistan alongside New Delhi and the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). “The leaders in Kabul, now under India’s influence and plotting against Pakistan, were once sheltered on our land,” he said, declaring that Islamabad “can no longer maintain relations with Kabul as before.” The comments came after Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi’s six-day visit to India, officially focused on trade and bilateral relations. “All Afghans residing in Pakistan must return home; they now have their own government in Kabul. Pakistan’s land and resources belong to 250 million citizens… Self-respecting nations cannot thrive on foreign territory,” Asif added. He stressed that Pakistan is prepared to defend itself against any further aggression, noting that despite Islamabad’s “efforts and sacrifices over five years,” Kabul has offered no positive response. “Pakistan issued 836 protest notes and 13 demarches,” he said. Afghanistan-Pakistan ConflictAfghanistan has accused Pakistan of conducting airstrikes on its soil late Friday, killing at least eight people and ending the brief ceasefire. The Afghanistan Cricket Board confirmed that three players in the area for a tournament were among the casualties and announced it would withdraw from the upcoming Tri-Nation T20I Series with Pakistan. The 48-hour truce had temporarily halted nearly a week of violent border clashes, which left dozens of troops and civilians dead on both sides. In Pakistan, a senior security official told AFP that forces carried out “precision aerial strikes” targeting the Hafiz Gul Bahadur Group, a faction linked to the TTP, in Afghan border areas. The eyewear group, which is based in France and Italy, said its third-quarter sales rose by 11.7% from last year to reach €6.9 billion ($8.1 billion), as reported by Reuters.  The demand for smart glasses has been so high that the company is now speeding up its production plans ahead of schedule. Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses Push EssilorLuxottica’s Growth EssilorLuxottica’s Chief Financial Officer, Stefano Grassi, said that the new AI-powered Ray-Ban Meta glasses alone added more than four percentage points to sales growth.  Following the results, the company’s shares jumped 11.7% by Friday morning to €308, marking the biggest single-day rise in over eight years.  This surge added nearly €15 billion in value to the company’s €126.1 billion market capitalisation. Analysts at J.P. Morgan said in a note that the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses are now a “major growth driver” for the company, while its traditional eyewear business remains stable.  The glasses are currently priced between $379 and $799, depending on the model, and are sold in select stores.  Global expansion to countries like Canada, France, Italy, and the UK is expected in early 2026. Smart Glasses Market Expected To See Huge Global Demand Barclays analysts believe smart glasses could become the biggest tech innovation since mobile phones. They forecast that around 60 million smart glasses could be sold worldwide by 2035.  Equita analysts have also increased their sales forecast for EssilorLuxottica’s wearable category and expect around €1 billion in revenue impact from it this year. The company’s management said strong third-quarter numbers and growing confidence for the fourth quarter show how well its current strategy is working.  Overall, EssilorLuxottica shares have gained 17% since January.

Importance Of The South Direction The south direction holds special significance on Dhanteras as it is associated with Lord Yam. According to belief, doing so ensures divine protection, long life, and tranquility for family members.
